Terms & Conditions
The owner of the online store www.sottoforestano.ee (hereinafter referred to as the “Webshop”) is EXIMIUS TEAM OÜ (registration code 14711414), located at Paekalda 22-21, Tallinn 13628, Estonia.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

These terms apply when purchasing goods from the Webshop.

Prices of products sold in the Webshop are indicated next to the products. Delivery charges are added to the price. All prices are in euros.

Delivery charges depend on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed during checkout.

Information about the product is provided directly next to the product in the Webshop.
Placing an Order

To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart.

Complete the required fields and select the preferred delivery method.

The total amount will then be displayed, which can be paid securely via:

Estonian bank payments

Visa/Mastercard card payments

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Webshop in a secure environment – in the bank’s secure environment for bank link payments and in Maksekeskus AS’s secure environment for card payments. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or card details. The contract becomes effective once the payment amount is credited to the Webshop’s account.
The Webshop owner is the data controller and forwards the necessary personal data to Maksekeskus AS for payment processing.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock depletion or other reasons, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after sending the notice.
Delivery

Delivery time: 1–3 business days

Delivery costs are borne by the buyer and displayed next to the delivery method. Delivery is free for orders over 75.00 EUR.

Shipments generally arrive at the destination within 1–3 business days from the date the sales agreement takes effect.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

Detailed instructions for parcel machines:

Orders paid before 10:00 on business days usually arrive the next day.

SMS with a door code will be sent to the phone number provided in the order.

Parcels can be collected within 7 business days after arrival.
Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
-
According to Estonian law (VÕS § 53 lg 4), the consumer has no right to withdraw from goods that cannot be returned due to their nature, including opened cosmetics and perfumes.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods must not be used beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and functioning as in a physical store.

If the goods have been used beyond this or show signs of wear, the Webshop may reduce the refund amount accordingly.

To return goods, submit a withdrawal notice by email to info@sottoforestano.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return costs are borne by the buyer unless the reason for return is that the item does not match the order (e.g., wrong or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof of handing them over to the carrier.

The Webshop will refund all payments received under the contract immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

The Webshop may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

If the buyer chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard option, the Webshop is not obliged to refund the extra cost.

The Webshop has the right to cancel the sale and reclaim the goods if the price was mistakenly listed significantly below market value.
Right to Submit Complaints

The Webshop is responsible for non-conformity or defects existing at the time of delivery and appearing within two years of delivery.

For one year after delivery, it is presumed the defect existed at delivery; the Webshop must prove otherwise.

The buyer must notify the Webshop of defects within two months by email to info@sottoforestano.ee.

The Webshop is not responsible for defects arising after delivery.

If the product has defects for which the Webshop is responsible, it will repair or replace the product. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Webshop will refund all payments.

The Webshop will respond to complaints within 15 days in writing or in a reproducible format.
Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing

The Webshop uses personal data only for processing orders and delivering goods.

Data is shared with delivery service providers for shipping purposes.
-
Newsletters and offers are sent only if the buyer has opted in by providing an email address and consent.

The buyer can unsubscribe at any time by notifying the Webshop via email or following instructions in the email.
Dispute Resolution

Complaints should be sent to info@sottoforestano.ee.

If the dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (details and application form available online).

The committee handles disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the Webshop. Review is free of charge.

The buyer may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
