Return Policy
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. According to § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from goods that cannot be returned due to their nature. This includes, among other things, opened cosmetic products and perfumes.

To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as would be allowed when testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or show signs of use or wear, the Webshop has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return goods, a withdrawal notice must be submitted and sent by email to info@sottoforestano.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
Return costs are borne by the buyer, except when the reason for return is that the item does not match the order (e.g., wrong or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within that period.

The Webshop will refund all payments received under the contract immediately upon receiving the returned goods, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
The Webshop may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Webshop, the Webshop is not obliged to refund the cost exceeding the standard delivery option.

The Webshop has the right to cancel the sale and reclaim the goods if the price in the Webshop was mistakenly listed significantly below the market value.
